"The hotel is right on the beach and ground is well kept. Staff very friendly. We got upgraded to a premier room which is spacious. The view is amazing. There is free guest laundry services on site with plenty of detergent available and four washers and four dryers.Read the brochure given while checking in and you will see several perks covered under resort fee like daily snorkel gear for 2 hours free. They also have go pro complimentary rental for 24 hours from the pool desk. However they are hard to come by. Also bring your own micro SD chip to use in the go pro. It is a wonderful place to stay!"

"Loved condo and location"

"This property was perfect. The location is amazing, with unobstructed views of the ocean from the backyard and the house. The inside of the house was clean and had everything we needed for our week there. The backyard and pool was a game changer for the days we didn't feel like getting sandy, especially with the Mauna Kea hotel pool being under repair. Our host was very responsive and was able to fix an issue with AC in a timely manner. All in all, I would highly recommend this property and would stay here again myself."

"Great choice right on Hapuna Beach. We had stayed in the Westin Hotel (Marriot property) before and wanted to try out the residences and it did not disappoint.This choice was actually a bit easier overall since we could self park a car very close by and were essentially on the same level as the adult pool and the workout facilityEven shorter walk to the beach than if you were staying at the hotel. Koala Management picked up the phone every time, both prior to the trip when a question needed answering and even one time during the day very impressiveWe will definitely come back !!"

"Great location, amazing condo and view!"

"We have stayed in four different condos in the Kumulani development at the Mauna Kea Resort, and this unit was superior. It was comfortable, well appointed, and the sunsets were terrific. The Weber gas BBQ was easy to use and eating on the lanai was pleasant as we watched the sun go down. Having the Osmosis water feature was a real bonus as this is the first trip we did not need to purchase drinking water. We used it every day for tea and coffee. Although the Beach Club privileges are really getting expensive, we did enjoy using them. The Muana Kea hotel and swimming pool areas are in the beginning stages of an extensive remodel, so several amenities were not available during our stay, and the construction noise was challenging to ignore. We spent more time at the Hapuna Westin beach and pool due to this disruption. We plan to stay in this same unit again."
