Staff was nice, parking limited to being used as airport parking. Lot snow & ice covered , slippery, not easy to get to building or vehicle. They need to decide if they are a hotel or car park. Never will I stay here again, long term tenants, reals like pot and some shady people wandering the place.

I was told that there was 24/7 shuttle service from Bradley Int. Airport. I called from Minneapolis as I got onto my flight and confirmed that there was such service. To my shock, when I arrived at BDL, I called Days Inn and there was NO service. The night manager could barely speak into the phone but I understood her to say, "Take a taxi". It wasn't the terribile but I had had a long day of travel and to wait at 1am for a LYFT as there were no taxis.

Room was very nice and spacious. Bathroom fan came on with the light and was very noisy. It sounded like something was broken. The hair dryer didn’t work. At breakfast, the decafe coffee was out of order and they ran out of regular coffee so we left.

The rooms are worn out, stuff like tubs with black areas. The other complaint is advertising free parking and then at hotel finding it is limited to one day and priced higher than the new parking garage at the airport. The staff was good however.

Hotel and bedsheets reeked of cigarette smoke. Everything in the room that I took out of my suitcase smelled after only being in the room for about 10 hours. Carpet was too gross to walk on without shoes. They did refund my second night when I checked it early.

The staff was very nice and helpful but the hotel itself needs to be gutted and rebuilt. Carpet in and out of rooms old and dirty. Rooms do not have usable outlets other than for the tv and a lamp.why have complementary coffee maker in room if no where tu plug in. Bathroom old and tub leaking from underneath to the floor and vents filthy with cigarette smell from next door coming in.Wall paper stripping off .

The towels were thin and dirty. The bed covers and sheets were dingy. The room smelled stuffy and the fridge had rust in it. They came to my room to drop towels. They didnt clean it or take out the trash
