Staff was nice, parking limited to being used as airport parking. Lot snow & ice covered , slippery, not easy to get to building or vehicle. They need to decide if they are a hotel or car park. Never will I stay here again, long term tenants, reals like pot and some shady people wandering the place.

Staff were courteous, and the hotel was fairly clean. There was some dirt under the bed, and little plastic tags scattered around the rug in my room, but nothing egregious. The beds were comfortable and clean, and the TV worked fine. The bathtub looked very worn, and like it had been painted to look fresher but the paint was peeling. One complaint about the tub is there was no stopper. I went to the front desk and asked for a stopper, but none were available. I had to jam a washcloth into the drain to give my 3-year-old a bath. Can a few tub stoppers at least be purchased for the front desk to give out on request? They're like $2 each. I had coffee in my room, but no coffee maker, which was strange. That wasn't a problem because I had coffee at breakfast. The breakfast was great, everything was restocked pretty quickly and the selection was pretty good. The belgian waffle maker was awesome.

The hotel itself was disgusting. Mold in the shower, toilet not securely attached, the bathroom door needed sanitized, the mattress was lumpy and the whole place smelled awful. The entire building looked dilapidated and run down.

Not a good stay

We stay at this hotel several times a year, as it is next to the airport. We have never had any issues. However, this time. Upon entering our room, we were given the Business Suite Room 102 or 103, the room was ice cold. We turned the heat on and it did not heat up at all. Mind you, we were only staying a few hours, just a quick nights rest. Entering into the bathroom, there was a piece of poop in between the tub and toilet. Splatters on the wall and it was evident that the room had not been cleaned in some time. There were no coffee supplies in the room for the morning and no hot water.

The room smelled clean when we walked in, but it had not been thoroughly cleaned for some time. There were cobwebs in all the corners, hair in the sheets, moldy caulking around the tub. The fridge was really loud and the cabinets were in pretty rough shape. The toilet was mounted to the wall and seemed to be falling off.

Couldn’t wait to leave.

This hotel was much worse than pictured. Shabby, dirty, and it felt dangerous. The sheets and towels were clean, at least, but we were dismayed by the mold on the bathroom walls. No tv remote, broken drawer hardware, substandard breakfast offerings, etc. Not recommended.
