Lack of bedding for the pullout couch. No staff at front desk when I went to get some. Took two phone calls to get staff to answer. Otherwise clean and what we were looking for for a quick stay

Front desk woman didn’t seem like she wanted to be there all that much, but the young lady who cleaned my room and the man who came to inspect before I went in were super great. Parking was easy and I could see my car from my room. Everything was outdated, however, and the second I turned on the shower, it started to fill the tub, which was unpleasant. Bed was comfy. It was super, super loud though. It was like every room was full of elephants! I wouldn’t stay here again.

Facility was nice, but close to airport so a little noisy. We had people on floor above us that had early flight 2-3 am, which made a heck of a racket in the middle of the night with them running around.

I made two reservations by mistake with no refunding option. I called the support and they said that I could be able to manage this but they should have contact the manager for approval. Which was never possible, because the manager was never at the hotel or he was in meetings all the time which I don’t think is true. Also Our room was very beautiful and modern. But the cleaning was terrible, the bathroom had dirty glass, full of hair on the floor and I'm sure that the sheets on our bed were never changed before we entered. But the breakfast was amazing with a lot of different options.

I was disappointed when I arrived at the hotel after a long trip they would not allow me to check in early even though there were plenty of rooms available. I didn’t care for the fact that the bathtub didn’t have a drain plug so I cannot take a bath. This is something that I really look forward to after a long trip. There was no brain plug for me to take a bath. I also found to be really really boring and they were frequently out of coffee. There were no healthy options and everything was either high in carbohydrates or sugar such thing as plain yogurt, and there was virtually no fruit. I find disappointing that this is associated with Hilton hotel.

I was unable to check in until 9pm due to no rooms being available, despite a reservation. Once we checked in our room had a broken window that wouldnt close all the way. We rigged it closed for safety. Room was large.
