My towels in the bathroom looked used and were very dirty. The top blanket in the bed looked as though it was not changed. It had white stains all over it. The pillow cases were dirty as well. I don’t believe the room was changed or cleaned at all. As well as when I went to use the bathroom there were roaches walking up the shower wall as well as on the floor. I would never stay here again.

Less expensive, but the ac should work at least
The ac was not working and I reported it twice and I ended up with respiratory problems due to the mold I found in the ac vent of the unit. It was horrible.

Super 8 can't control who stays there but the folks in the room above mine sounded like they were moving heavy equipment for 4 hours into and past midnight.

I like nothing! Rethink staying here. When the attendant is going to suggest that four professionals checking in ( just for a few hours) that we maube trouble I should have known to go elsewhere but figure we just need a few hours as we were in town to setup up for an event. At 4am the check in desk attendant start banging on the door then proceeded to enter the room stopped only by the security chain start to tell us we're in the wrong room.....what!!! Only to discover that we are in the room that they gave us but they had preassigned that room and wanted us to move out the room at 4am...Needless to say we didn't come out at 4am but the team checked out at 9am. Never again! I am going to forward my concerns directly to Super8 regards to suggesting all black women checking in was need to protect the other guests and therefore needed several IDs on file.

The property staff was so great with changing our room per request upon arrival since our first room does smell cigar and i am allegic to it. We spent all night out for an important appointment and went back late and still could smell cigar smoke with out new room but was too tired to switch rooms again. So we ended up sleeping in a room which smell less cigar smoke compared to the first one. It was my bad to choose to spend less since we’ll just be in connecticut for a night.
