The Baymont in Hays, Kansas is always my "go to" place when driving long distance with my cat. It is always clean and friendly. I especially appreciate Jamie at the front desk, as she is delightful and always checks me into my room quickly and with ease. I like this hotel a lot. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The Baymont Hotel in Hays, Kansas is always my "go to" place to rest after a long drive with my cat. The hotel is very clean, a good free breakfast, easy to check in, convenient location, excellent customer service, and a friendly family run hotel. I never go any place else.

We could hear other guests after we turned on for the night (likely construction workers ?) talking outside on the parking lot right under the outside entrance of our room. Didn't last too late, but was hoping to get to sleep early after a long day on the road.

Our room was clean and comfortable, air conditioning was working fine when we arrived, so room was already comfortable. Shower worked great! Surrounding area offered great food availability! Continental breakfast was more than expected, nice variety of everything, eggs, sausage, waffles, cereals, yogurts, juices, biscuits & gravy, apples, bananas and both coffees!

Room was comfortable, beds were great, bathroom was clean, a/c was great! However I felt the bedding had an odd odor! Continental breakfast had some of everything on it, waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuit & gravy, toast, cinnamon rolls, 4 different juices, apples & bananas, coffee and decaffeinated! Oatmeal was optional and several flavored yogurts! Also offered sugar free syrup for waffles! Nice & Thank You!

It's an older hotel, but fairly well cared for, the room was clean and beds were comfy, breakfast was really good. Not a 10, but price was great and it was clean so we'd stay again for sure!

Clean room, excellent bed, newly refurbed bathroom with only 1 problem. Sink faucet so old it had holes corroded in the base of the assembly that sprayed water on the ceiling, floor and leaked on the vanity top. On balance I would stay there again.
