The door had a huge gap in it, allowing anyone to get in. The front desk staff kept me around much longer than I should’ve had to be there considering I checked in on line before I actually got to the hotel. Also, your staff member did not seem interested at all to help. The room was very dated and had no outlets to charge phones or devices. The bathroom was also not well kept. It may have just been old, but it seemed dirty, and this hotel was no at all what I paid for. I’m insulted that I had to used Expedia points to get this over priced, garbage of a room.

This place is jeepers creepers. Old building, dirty and yucky. Breakfast was gross.... (Just being honest). I will be in the area often over the next four years and I would not stay here again for many reasons. Beware of pet policy.... Hotels.com states their pet policy is $25/ni and nothing else. When you arrive all the sudden it's $25/ni for up to 25 lbs and $50/ ni for larger and there is a sign on the desk that no one told me about even at check in that pets may not be in room.for more than 30min even if they're in a cage... So don't plan on going to dinner while you're in town or doing anything for that matter if you don't have a toy poodle that can sit in your car....
