The motel is safe and clean, but outdated. Our room was clean, bed mattress was not comfortable. Small A/C loud.

We stayed for two nights. We reached late and appreciated that our room keys were attached in an envelope to the office door. The room was old fashioned, clean but tired. The breakfast was extremely basic. I booked this place because it had a rating of 9.4. It did not come up to that rating or our expectation.

Great
Very nice little hotel for a night or an extended stay!! Owners DO NOT rent to locals, keeping out the riff-raff, making the stay more enjoyable. Restaurant next door is quite good, and you get a 10% discount for showing your room key.

A great place at a fair price.
The wife and I needed a place to stay while traveling between 2 stops....long weekend getaway sort of thing. Cianci's was close to the first stop. It's not fancy, but the room was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated, the price was fair. The staff was friendly and there's a bar / restaurant next door that offers a discount for guests. I'd be happy to stay there again.

Spacious room, clean but so dated. This place needs a makeover, including a new mattress and some pillows that really bring some support. Will not go back.

If you need to stay in Greenville, this place as is good as any. But if you're driving through, this is not a nice motel. It's old and worn down. Better off with a big chain.

Super friendly staff who helped out by receiving packages for us before our arrival. Room was clean and convenient. You can tell they are putting money back into the place with improvements. Bathroom fan could be improved and shower head could be better but not deal breakers and definitely will be back when travelling in the area
