We had a pleasant stay at Prince Waikiki. There was a mix-up at check-in that was promptly addressed and compensated with a free breakfast. The location was quiet and convenient as it was on the outskirts of Waikiki with easy access to the freeway and shopping areas to help cut down on food costs. The views were spectacular! We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for a night between flights and it was wonderful! Our check in time was at 3:00 but they had our room available so we were able to check in early! Ken at the front desk was a great help, he even helped my boyfriend with finding a restaurant in the area for dinner. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Room and view was amazing, though the carpet near the entry door was frayed- but it was minimal and nothing compared to the whole experience.

Loved our stay at the Prince. Clean and spacious rooms. Very modern. Beautiful decorations up for Christmas. Dining option in the hotel were great plus so many close by. Worth it to valet, you only save about $5 to park yourself. Staff were always accommodating. Love this place
