Overall everything thing was good. Only issue was the noise!! Garbage trucks picking up Garbage all throughout the morning starting at 5am!! Street traffic also loud!! Very noisy hotel!

The property was a bit older but ok overall. Parking sucked since we rented a truck. We were unable to use the parking garage that I paid over $300 to be able to use! The staff did their best to help us with outside public parking, but I still paid for parking and was not refunded.

The place was clean and steps from waikiki beach. The restaurant service and contiental breakfast was not worth paying extra for. The restaurant inside the hotel had horrible service. Overall, the hotel served his purpose. It’s not fancy it’s not elegant, but it’s good for a vacation if you wanna go to the beach and be near all of Waikiki main area.

Wonderful hotel in a great location. Room had nice view of ocean and could see part of Diamondhead as well. Easy walk to beach, restaurants and shops. Parked in surface lot when we arrived and then used available basement parking after visiting Pearl Harbor. Basement parking made for easy loading when time to leave.

I rarely stay at a place that is worthy of a nine or 10 score and this is no exception, despite the fact that Expedia users rated as such. We paid extra to get a corner ocean view room and got what we paid for. This is not a beachfront hotel. There were other hotels blocking our view of most of the ocean, but it was in our price range. Our balcony did have a nice view of Diamondhead and that was an unexpected plus. When traveling we rarely spend time in our room or on balconies, but again, this did seem to be worth the extra cost . If you think of your room here as a weathered, but clean beach bungalow and not as an excellent hotel, you will probably have a better chance of leaving feeling satisfied at least based upon our experience. Housekeeping did a good job of taking care of the room and restocking things. I could see how parking could become a problem due to a limited number of spaces, but we never had difficulty parking in the garage. It would be a good idea to get a midsize or smaller car for negotiating the tight quarters. The employees were helpful and courteous, but not exceptional.
