Bell helpers very nice I was told the day we check in that it was going to cost $50.00 for late check out on Feb.4 but I had to wait till that day. So I went to pay for late check out the lady told me $225.00 what the hell.

Overall everything thing was good. Only issue was the noise!! Garbage trucks picking up Garbage all throughout the morning starting at 5am!! Street traffic also loud!! Very noisy hotel!

room was always cleaned when we arrived from our outings. the staff were welcome and the customer service was awesome! great location for everything that we needed to be at waikiki for the week. very safe walking around day or night. we will be back!

Excellent access to beach, dining and shopping including a short walk to the zoo. Very friendly staff overall and the included breakfast buffet, although minimal options, was a great way to start the day. The only feedback would be that the pool was cold, but we spent most of the time at the beach where the water is pretty warm anyway. Really enjoyed the stay at Waikiki Resort Hotel. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.

It was a great hotel. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was nice. Nothing fancy, buffet style. I was satisfied with it. It is a one block walk to the beach. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel.

The hotel s dated. The air conditioner was so loud in the room. Had to turn it off at night to get a semblance of sleep. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors. I am not sure what the resort fee gave me as there were not many amenities in the hotel. I will not stay here again
