"The staff makes the experience. Angie and Delroy were so attentive and amazing, Angie catered to our dining experience each day and Delroy even remembered us two years later (he was the reason we returned to the resort a second time). The ocean cove is wonderful, just like the pictures. Beach bar/grill allows for easy access while swimming, pool is clean and has kid's section for the littles. Beautiful gardens, fish ponds and tropical birds. Nightly entertainment in the form of cultural performances, bands, singers and karaoke. Games and trivia beach side make for a fun experience. Some rooms need updating but concierge service is top notch. This isn't a cookie cutter resort and you can feel the personal touches. Will be staying again. "

"The food was 5 star. Very easy to get reservations, and although people do put towels down to reserve seats by the beach/ pool, we had no problems getting seats throughout the day. The staff is well trained & friendly. We stayed in the adults only side, but activities are mixed with children, like yoga and some entertainment."

The hotel had enough room for all its occupants that it was never over crowded, 6 pools, all day and night activities, impeccable clean, food options and variety was amazing and all very good, the all adults made it extremely nice, it is 5 minute ride to and from the airport, shopping center across the street, water front hotel, I have it a 5 start review on all its areas. We will definitely stay again at any RIU resort for our vacations."
