"We visited Princess Grand with a group of 15 (9 kids under 14 and 6 parents). Our experience was all around excellent! The customer service, the food, the drinks, the entertainment were all excellent. We have stayed in a dozen of "all inclusive" resorts around the Caribbean for the past 10 years and our experience at the Princess Grand Jamaica was the best so far. It is a new resort and they seem to have the operational kinks worked out. We'd like to give kudos to several of the staff that took care of us all - below is a list of some, but not all: Clinton - server at the reef Shaunoozie - Moonlight bar (incredible personality and service) Janelle - Moonlight bar (excellent service, kind, warm) Kanisha - Food Market (excellent service, kind, remembered our drinks and individual wishes for each breakfast for 5 days) Shanalee - Moonlight bar (excellent service, kind) Apphia - Front Desk (excellent service, kind) Duel - Bar at Italian Restaurant (excellent service, great conversationalist, warm) The Boat Rental Guys (during the week of Feb 17 2025) Princess (her name) - At Caribe rental (excellent service) Andre - Valet / Bell Hop area (excellent service) There were many more. Running an all-inclusive has to be difficult when you're providing "all you care to consume" food and drink to your patrons (potentially thousands) all day. . .and "all at once" during breakfast, lunch and dinner. These guys did it! Thank you Princess Grand Jamaica!"

"This small resort along the Negril cliffs has three pools as well as over 10 ladders down to the sea and many locations to dive from the cliffs. If you don’t like diving from the cliffs Samsara guests can use the sister resort Legends at the fantastic Negril beach. Beaches are public in Jamaica so the cliffs offered a quiet option that we enjoyed. There are 3 different grades of rooms beginning with bungalows in the woods which offer lots of shaded areas and walkways to very modern rooms which face the ocean. 59 of the 70 or so rooms face the ocean. There are a lot of dining options in the area many of which are a short walk. The all inclusive option has lots of drink selection however the only beer is Red Stripe draft. The meals are well prepared particularly breakfast and dinner. Dinner offers Jamaican dishes with the choice of fish, chicken and pork or beef. The coffee is excellent! What sets this place apart from the many resorts we’ve stayed at was the staff, we can’t say enough great things about the people that work here; it doesn’t matter what their role is my wife and I were always greeted with a smile and genuine hospitality. They gave great information on local activities and places to go."
