Hot springs overnight
Bedbugs in our room on both beds! Friendly desk clerk offered us a different room. I’ve stayed in plenty of Baymont Hotels in the past and none of them were as bad as this one. Clean up the bedbugs please!

Con the manager was very accomidating and seen actively cleaning and doing various things throughout the duration that we were there. I thought I left somthing, so I called and Con was nice enough to go and check the room. If there was anything I ddint particularly care for, it was the breakfast. I feel there could have been a different setup to keep the food warm. Aside from that, beds were comfortablr and the price and hospitality were just what I was looking for!!! Thank you Con Heather-

Front desk staff was great at check in. The bed was comfortable .. after reading reviews, I was hesitant, but it wasn't as bad as the reviews sounded. For $85 a night, it was perfectly fine. A little outdated but it wasn't terrible. The only real complaint was the jets in the hot tub didn't work but the temp was perfect for me

Room was filthy. Carpets stained and had not been vacuumed crumbs on floor, no shower curtain, towels smelled musty, dirt ring around tub, food in fridge from prior guest, no remote, bed not on frame, no cold water to sink, hallways dirty, doors to various rooms standing open - odd. Should have asked for refund. Would not recommend at all.

They weren't too sure they still had a room for us and the one that they did have. What's one that they had to have fixed the water region? A little bit back. We had to go ask for a remote for the t. Vthe bathroom ceiling was still torn apart. We didn't have a clock.We didn't have a phone. The bedroom window was left open all night and we didn't realize ithe room was dirthe shower didn't work like it should have
