The first night of two wasn’t too bad, however the next day was a circus! The breakfast lady yelled at several people for being a couple minutes early, she was then rude about our luggage being by our table. At night there were teenage boys running around the hotel knocking on doors and windows, then running, pushing each other into the hall in their underwear, moving furniture around, yelling, and running all night, when the guests complained about it we were told we would be kicked out of the facility. It was pure chaos all night! The quiet hours did not exist. The lady on night staff grabbing towels by pool did her best and was not supported by management.

I stayed for 7 days. The location and room was fine - no issues. On day 3 of no housekeeping in room or fresh towels - I asked at the desk what why. They told me they do not clean the rooms once you check in unless you specifically asked for it so I specifically asked for it and still they did not clean the room. When I took the dirty towels to the front desk - they did give me clean ones.

The hot tub wasn't working. The pool was not clear water so was afraid to use. The breakfast was out of a lot of items. I do want to give a shout out to the breakfast lady Janie Cooks she did an amazing job.

This was a very nice location. Room was nice, staff was very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good. It was also very affordable. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.
