I had a bad experience with the valet service which tainted my overall stay. And when I called the 800 number, they weren’t very helpful. Other than that, the location was good and the kids pool was nice.

Really hard bed and couch. The couch looked old and cheap. Was so uncomfortable. The windows dont block out street noise on PCH. Extremely overpriced , expected a much classier and comfortable room for what we paid. Wont be back.
