"Our room is quite spacious, super comfy, and clean. All the staff are super welcoming and detail-oriented. Their chech-in counters are 24/24 hours and they listen carefully to what you need and always meet ours. For example, our first night in Hanoi was pouring down pretty hard, and our shirts and shorts were totally wet and dirty, but they did our laundry and returned to us with them folded nicely, which I really like. They even let us deposit our luggages for free when we are exploring Ha Long Bay. Plus, the location is right at the center of tourists' attractions, which making it a really nice place to crush while exploring Hanoi. Definitly worth the stays!"

"The staff at this hotel are wonderful and made it standout as the best service we had on our trip. Super friendly and helpful. Shoutout to Ammelina working the breakfast service (which was the best breakfast we had on our trip). She provided excellent service and so friendly! Also, Chloe on our checkout. Lovely lady and we appreciated the departure gift. A minor complaint…the room seemed a little cramped and not much vanity in the bathroom for toiletries but given their high level of service, we would stay again if we are ever back in Hanoi. "

"We had a lovely 3 night stay here with our young baby. The staff were absolutely brilliant and couldn’t do enough. They went above and beyond every time, each and everyone of them. The hotel has beautiful decor and a great location right near train street and easy walking distance of all the main attractions. The best part is this hotel is so quiet, you cannot hear any noise from the bustling street. The spa is also amazing, my husband and I had a massage each and the masseuses were so experienced with amazing technique. Loved this hotel."
