Need beach time? This is the place!
I used this hotel to extend my Florida business trip a couple days after it ended in Orlando to get in some beach time. Was not disappointed as this place was only steps from room to beach. Made it easy for me to setup on beach for day of relaxing and still be able to come back to room as needed. This place was built in the 1960s and showed age in spots but well taken care of and just what I needed to make most of my time!

Best Place on the Beach
Staff was helpful and friendly, room was clean, kitchen was stocked with dishes and pots and pans, beds were comfortable and when we walked in the whole apartment smelled so clean and fresh! Just a few steps from the beach, lots of chairs and a hammock to relax in while listening to the ocean waves. No need to bring any thing for the beach either. They have folding chairs, body boards, towels and even a cannot you can borrow. Outside shower to clean off the sand before returning to your room. We had the one bedroom apartment and it was perfect!

This was the most wonderful find. Small little gem hidden between all the big hotels. Staff was very accommodating. My room was litterally a few steps away from beach access. Room was clean and well stocked. Will absolutely be back.

Awesome family owned place with great beach access
People here are so nice! You can tell that you are working with the owners directly. They seem to really care about the place and keep it in great condition. Easy access to a very clean beach and a ton of sea shells. Would definitely stay again!

Joyful stay at Seascapes
I don’t know what these ratings of 2’s and 3’s are about. I do understand you cannot satisfy everyone, but my wife and I along with our Son felt at home. Debbie, who greeted us was an absolute delight. She was very nice and made us feel at home. I love being able to walk right out of the door to see the ocean. This location made me feel as if I was at my aunts house and the same for my wife. We will definitely be staying here again.

The place seemed reasonable on price, but it is not a very nice place to stay. Kinda small, but hey, its cheap, so i booked it. I shoulda got a real hotel with actual staff that is polite, understanding and helpful. They were the rudest people I've ever met. My girlfriend has several medical conditions which prolonged our checkout by an hour-- projectile vomiting and seizures are fairly common for her, and this morning ( the morning of checkout) we were 45 minutes late checking out. My girlfriend spent 20 minutes in the toilet while an older lady came and demanded we leave immediately. As I tried to explaon the situation to her, she was incredibly rude and told me "she didnt care. Checkbout is at 11!" So after cleaning the vomit off of the floor and off my girlfriend and her wheel chair, we were going to leave since the leady seemed upset with us. It was 11:30am an we were late to leave at this point My girlfriend is epileptic as well, and as luck would have it, started having a seizure as we were leaving the motel room. The seizures come at random and once they start, may go on for minutes. So I waited in the motel doorway for the seizures to stop, and I couldn't find the words to respond to the manager on duty. I was dumbfounded when she told me and my girlfriend how horrible we were for chekingn out later than scheduled. I guess its not her job to worry about our saftey, but a little compassion and understanding goes a long way. Hospitality? Not at the Atlantic INN.

i will be back more often , only few rooms to stay in so got to book atleast a week out and its very paradise feel every thing is there for u to use beack at the rear of bldg you can even bbq there . a hidden mom and pop gem
