My daughter and I stayed here 2 yrs ago. It needs updating, but it's quaint and we didn't have major issues. The bed last time was firmer than I like, but doable. We were ok staying again.
However, the hotel has replaced the beds which are now a metal frame, metal top with metal bars. The mattress is very thin and uncomfortable. I'm not exaggerating when I say it feels worse than sleeping on a pull out couch. Unfortunately for me, I have a bad back and sciatica so it was miserable for me and I got little to no sleep and my pain worsened. My healthy 14 y.o. daughter also barely slept and complained all night and the next day of her back hurting.
I had paid for 2 nights and really did not want to stay again. I calmly talked to the manager in the morning to ask if we could switch rooms. He let me know that all rooms have this new bed and they are all the same. I asked if I could check out and get a refund for my 2nd night so I could switch hotels. He let me know that he was not authorized to do this. I really wanted to leave and stay at a different place but just hated the idea of paying again for a hotel and not being able to get my second night refunded. We did stay again and after the first bad night the second seemed worse. To be honest if I could go back, I would just suck it up and switch hotels.
We would definitely never stay again. The continental breakfast is very basic and unappetizing microwaved food. Floors in room are uneven and could be a hazard to some.

Basement room unpleasant odor
Affordable, decent breakfast, beds are comfy and room was spacious. We've stayed here before and the room was nice, I believe it had a wood-look tile floor throughout. This time we were in a basement level room under the main office and the odor was unpleasant, like stale smoke maybe. Both my wife and I woke with allergy issues due to it, every time we left and came back to the room it was overpowering and unpleasant. The communal spaces and bathroom smelled clean of strong disinfectant.
We had a wonderful time during our weekend ski trip. The location was fantastic—peaceful and quiet—and the included breakfast was a great convenience. However, the HVAC system was a bit of a drawback, as it was difficult to find a comfortable temperature. Despite that, the overall experience was enjoyable. Also, there are lots of dining options.
I am handicap and in a wheel chair. Stated “handicap accessible” but when I arrive they didn’t even plow. I got up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and the guest under me banged on the ceiling, then came and banged on my room door. Called front desk and they couldn’t have cared less. Only reason it’s not one star is the price
Was a great location. Breakfast was not the best waffle machine was not working good. The beds and pillows were not comfortable. I was also charged extra as i thought I put 4 guest but only put 2 I have stayed alot of places never had this happen before.
The location was perfect, the price great, service at the desk terrific, the room comfortable, clean. The only complaint, Room 124 has such a noisy ceiling fan in the bathroom, it hurt our ears! That needs to be fixed! If it wasn’t for that, I would have given you a perfect score.

Disliked: Cleanliness
It was way to expensive for
What they had to offer , the room
Was not clean at all, I would not recommend this place to anyone and will not stay there again
Unfortunately, due to the snow storm, it was better to keep going rather than break up the trip. BUT….having stayed here before I knew it would be good. It’s why I rebooked it. They even called to organize the check in ahead of time.
The front staff was pleasant upon checking in explaining everything thoroughly. I booked for the king suite with a hot tub and fireplace. As soon as I walked into the room I was hit with the strongest smell of chlorine. Yes its great to know they are caring for the hot tub but there needs to be ventilation, my eyes were burning. The room itself is very dated and it was dusty, I left a sad smiley face on the lamp. In all honesty, I feel I overpaid for the condition of the room. The bathroom did not have a sink in it and the shower curtain would not stay closed while i was in the shower due to the rod looking like it was about to fall off the wall. I stay in North Conway several times per year and like to try new places. The pictures are deceiving as my view looked into the parking lot with my hot tub directly at the walkway window. This hotel satisfied my 2 day stay but I probably wont he returning.
