Power outage
Hotel is great to stay at. Power outage is the reason for the stay. Everything is clean and wonderful staff. Hot tub was out of order which was a bummer. We could have used it after cutting up trees. FYI our house is intact.

Nice newer hotel
The room was spacious, clean and quiet considering we were next to the elevator. Breakfast was typical for a hotel. I would have like some sausage or bacon rather than fixings for a breakfast burrito. Overall it is a nice hotel.

Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice amenities. Some extras included pizza for purchase that the staff cooked in their mini pizza oven, a filtered water machine to keep your water bottle full and plenty of parking.

We booked a suite for six people, and when we went into our room, there was already someone in there. The manager did her best to find out what happened, but they couldn't figure it out. Fortunately, they found us a room to hang out in and ended up getting us another room for free. Although it would have been nice to have us all in the same room, the sleeping situation ended up being better in the end, and we weren't so crowded. Plus she gave us a free pizza for our troubles. The breakfast was great, and beds were comfy. All worked out!

Like most hotel/motels, the showerheads are ignored and need to be descaled and cleaned. Cleaning staff should make sure that all items are filled such as the tissue holder. There was a tissue box but it was empty.

Hotel appeared to be a bit u restarted for having 3 weddings in town. Pull out bed had no bedding on it or any available in the room. We had to go ask at the front desk for it and it was just sort of “lobbed” at us. When my daughter asked for a couple of pillows as well, she was told by the front desk gal, “I’m busy right now.” She just came back to the room and we got pillows about an hour later. Check out was at 11:00 and we were running a few minutes behind. We were called at 11:06 am and reminded that checkout was at 11:00 and I just felt that was very unprofessional. I do understand the need to get rooms cleaned but a 15-20 minute grace period wouldn’t be unreasonable in my opinion. 6 minutes was a little quick to call us out in my opinion. Either way, it was a one and done night as we were in town for a wedding, there really is t any reason that we would end up back in Isanti, MN.
