The spa and restaurant were at a higher level than the reception/lounge and rooms. Just lacking atmosphere. Enjoyed the restaurant and my husband and friends may use of gym/spa facilities. The reception staff were friendly but maybe a bit limited in information outside of the old city area.

We had a great time at Yasmak Sultan hotel , the staff is absolutely amazing and they are extremely helpful . One of our friends lost their phone and the manager and his team helped us find the location where the phone was lost and helped us communicate and talk to someone who brought it back to us ! We had 4 rooms at the hotel and every one of our requests were accommodated . They arranged tours for us and all our dietary needs were met . I recommend them highly and will stay again . Location is extremely central right beside a tram station
