Room above us spent the entire night banging around and stomping. We didn't sleep at all. But I didn't contact the staff about it so it wasn't addressed. Not the hotels issue. Other than that the check in staff was extremely friendly and kind.

light switches in room were not independent of one another;no night light in bathroom;(had to have regular light on fan all night in bathroom for light in middle of the night;somewhat noisy while trying to sleep)some black mold noted in shower area;beds were very comfortable,room decor nice

The hotel was amazing - my room was quiet and clean, and the breakfast bar is very good. I would certainly stay in this hotel again when I am back in the area next year. There was one interaction with staff that left me feeling like a nuisance, but it was minor enough not to mar the rest of the experience.

Literally was perfect except one tiny detail that would make a world of difference: mildew/mold on some of the caulk around shower and greasy mirrors. They just need to use the right cleaning products and the rest is perfect.

Right at the front desk, there is a water leak in the lobby; the person at the front desk was very rude and unfriendly ; she seemed very bothered by simple questions we asked . Not a very good experience with the front desk service and attention.

The hotel was not clean. The building was not well insulated for sound -- could easily hear people waliking in the room above, and the outside traffic sounded like the vehicles we driving through our room making it impossible to sleep.
