The desk person was very nice and helpful. The room was horrible. The carpet had stains and bleach spots everywhere. There was garbage on the floor near the bed. We slept on top of the bedding fully clothed. Did not use the shower because it looked sketchy. Left after only a few hours.

“You get what you pay for.” We only spent one night here for since we’re on a road trip so it did the job: gave us a place to sleep and shower.

There is no cable, no casino, no one to help at night the elevator is broken.

Wasn’t what I expected. Not too clean, room needs more pillows, needs to be sanitized, hallway kind of dirty, very limited. Place needs to be upgraded.

The carpets everywhere were disgusting. The elevator looked like a homeless person lived there. The carpeting in our room was dirty and not vacuumed around the baseboard. The e bathroom was clean but we had to ask for soap and they gave us one TINY bar. Shampoo was not enough for 2 people. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.

Choose elsewhere in Jackpot Nevada
In the dark it’s hard to see the street or entrance into the driveway. Lighting and signage is poor. Elevator doesn’t function properly the door won’t close several times before it finally does. The beds and bedding are so outdated. You can feel the springs. Apparently they don’t sweep under the vanity. The carpet had so many stains and the baseboards were removed.

Good stay
The room was clean, tidy and spacious, although the furniture was worn. They were accommodating for me and my dog. It was not overly quiet throughout the night. Could hear guests coming and going, but overall good experience.

1 wash cloth, 1 hand towel, 1 bath matt...pillow cases stained, coffee rings on nite stand, chain for door broken, soaps refilled not sealed, refrigerator not working, elevator on its last legs, breakfast quite the joke!

When booking online I really think they should have an added notice telling you they charge extra for dogs. It wasn’t very clean and floor didn’t appear to have been vacuumed (garbage under the chair)
