The desk person was very nice and helpful. The room was horrible. The carpet had stains and bleach spots everywhere. There was garbage on the floor near the bed. We slept on top of the bedding fully clothed. Did not use the shower because it looked sketchy. Left after only a few hours.

Worst Experience EVER!!

First impressions, business closed, no cars in the parking lot, different name on the building. Went inside anyway, asked to see a room, it was ok. We had driven 13 hours, with our 2 pomeranians, we were tired. Decided to book, on hotels.com, they then charged us $40 for the dogs, $50 for we don't know what. The bill was $98.31!!! We went to the room, room keys did not work. Hotel was undergoing construction. We turned on the tv..nothing no cable. That was the last straw. No other souls were seen in the hotel. Felt like "the shinning". They did give us our money back. Still trying to get my money from Hotels.com. Worst experience EVER!!!

Hidden fees gross carpet

I was asked at pay an additional $20 fee at this "pet friendly" hotel. This was not listed when the room was paid for. The signage was not updated for hotel ownership. The carpets throughout the property are very dirty. The key cards readers are temperamental at working.

You Get What You Pay For

The hotel is extremely run down, room was dirty looking and there was a smell that i couldn't pin down. While the nightly rate was only $50, we definitely will not stay here again, even if it means paying twice as much. Thankfully we were just passing through and needed only a one night stay.

Staff spoke in broken English. Couldn't communicate our needs. TV didn't work. No lamp shades on lights. Toilet seat was broke. Door deadbolt wouldn't latch. Decaf was the only coffee available in room and desk.

Room was nasty TV kept loosing signal No washcloths No condiments No blankets for bed No soap Parking lot was dark No one at front desk All in all worst hotel stay ever .. left early just to get out of there !!

We loved the simple breakfast that we could do as we pleased. I also like the down to earth nature of this place. We have stayed here 2 times before, and we will continue to stay there every time as we drive through. This place is not fancy, but we are very happy with it.

Needs some work and updated maintenance.

The tv reception would work for 5 minutes, then all the channels would become static, the shower head came off while the water was flowing (I was able to connect it after turning off the water), the soap dispenser in the shower/bathroom was broken and not working, the room was very cold when I first entered, the heater worked fast but doesn’t have a thermostat, so you have to get back up to turn it off as it heats the room to sauna temperatures. The breakfast consists of bread to make toast, cereals and a couple pieces of fruit (apples and bananas), juice and coffee along with pancake batter for the pancake maker.

The elevator was sketchy to say the very least! The vending room had 1 soda machine, broken. It had 1 vending machine, broken. And the washer and dryer were so archaic and dirty. I would never put any of my clothes in there.

Wasn't informed that there is a $20 pet fee per night. So heads up if you have to bring your dog. Also no staff or security. Watch your vehicle. Someone tried breaking into my truck. It was clean and the bed was nice on a positive note.

The positives- the bed and sheets were clean, and they had done a great job cleaning the bathroom. The negative- it seemed like they had not had a working vacuum in a long time. The floors in the room were very questionable, and the elevator was filthy.

The front desk man was incredibly nice however I arrived after dark and the hotel had an eerie dark feeling to it. I had already booked it on a 3rd party website and I was tired after a 12 hour drive so I went inside. The lobby seemed nice, however, walking down the hall to the elevator, in the elevator, and then down the dark creepy hallway to my room was an experience I have never had. Once in my room, I was greeted with stained dirty carpets, an old outdated bathroom and bleached curtains. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. There is no food delivery although the restaurant that I ordered for pick up was very friendly and the food was good. The hotel was quiet, but almost a creepy kind of quiet. I woke up very early in the morning and got out of there.

“You get what you pay for.” We only spent one night here for since we’re on a road trip so it did the job: gave us a place to sleep and shower.
