One staff member was particularly rude and disrespectful. While other staff members witnessed this and seemed not to care. We were given one room by mistake and after moving everything in, they called and asked us to move to another room. Both rooms were filthy dirty, cobwebs, broken blinds and dust. The rudeness was unforgivable.

Overall, it was fine. The cabin didn't match the pictures I saw online when I booked it, but we did have the same amount beds that we needed. My room in the cabin smelled like someone hadn't washed their hair in a week, but I couldn't pinpoint where it was coming from. The bedding seemed clean, so who knows. The cabin served our needs and gave my family a place to sleep while we visited Yellowstone.

If you’re looking for peace and quiet this is the place. I suggest to bring food/coffee/water. There is only one place to eat there and it’s not the best and overpriced. 1 regular coffee is $5 and not the best. This place offers views, peace, nature, and calmness.

Beautiful location, reasonable rates considering it's close to the Teton and Yellowstone parks. Walls are pretty thin in the cabins though so bring some earplugs!

Heart 6 Ranch stay was the worst!!
A really terrible decision to stay here. We booked this place in June 2023 because we got a good deal but I regretted it the moment I got there. We stayed at North Bear and Big Horn. We had booked two rooms within the same itenenary yet got rooms on the opposite side of the ranch. We had no service (across different networks) and one of the rooms did not have wifi coverage as well, so couldn't communicate with each other. We checked in at the front desk around 9 pm. The entrance to North Bear from the nearest parking was pitch dark with no lights whatsoever. Much to our disappointment, the main door was not functional and did not close and there was no one to help (we also saw a couple of coyotes while parking). Apparently, any support from the management ends at 10 pm after which you'll have no one to contact in case of emergencies. The restrooms were not cleaned well. The next morning when I returned to the front desk to raise a complaint, the front desk person was extremely rude and refused to acknowledge my complaint and plainly refused to do anything about it. He was arrogant and simply told us that we should have been there earlier and someone would have maybe helped. This experience was extremely poor overall from the condition of the rooms and service as well. I would never recommend this property to anyone. Stay clear of this one.

Our room was extremely small, was inconvenient. Beautiful views! This stay really was more for a horseback experience, which is my fault, I should have researched better. Beautiful horse round up in the morning!! Check out was a nice experience.

With the Jackson motels way overpriced, I booked a room at the Heart 6 Ranch before my early flight the next morning, as it was just 30 minutes north of the airport. The setting of this ranch truly is beautiful. My room was in a cabin duplex... one of a handful they rent, in addition to renting lower cost Tee-pees and covered wagons under another trade name. I was traveling solo and just needed a place to crash for the night, and that's what I got. While my bed was comfortable and the bathroom, adequate, the cabin itself is tattered in places and in need of TLC. The only working heat option was very small electric heater, though an extra blanket was available. The walls are thin and I could hear the couple arguing in the other unit after they came in late which kept me awake a bit. I ate at their restaurant and discovered after I had already paid my bill that the tip was already included, meaning I tipped twice. The server, who watched me fill out the credit card receipt, did not bring it to my attention. Rather, both he and the management said that the gratuity charge was stated on the menu... It was, in very small type at the bottom. Yet, their check receipt still had a line for including a tip. Management chose to argue the point with me rather than fix the problem by voiding out the original and rerunning my credit card. I hope they felt that extra tip was worth it. Be aware.

Unique aspect of staying on a working Dude Ranch with all sorts of horse rides and herds of beautiful horses. A really fun place for 2 bikers to stay.

Everyone at Heart Six was very kind and accommodating. The views are spectacular and the horses are well taken care of and loved. We loved the rustic experience of staying in the cabins. Our stay at Heart Six was everything we were looking for in staying in the “Wild West”. We hope to stay here again someday!!

This property offers no coffee in rooms. We refused to walk 1/2 mile to their store to purchase expensive coffee. No fridge which made our food spoil. Walls are super thin and could hear everything from the room next door. No shampoo/soaps.
