Not bad, we were in a room beside the elevator which made noise during the night when used. Smelled like cigarettes in the hallways. Our room was nice, clean and spacious. It was a good deal so not over all complaints.

No hot water or water pressure

There was no hot water, and the water had no pressure. Asked to talk to someone about the problem and was told that we would have to call back to talk to management. That was an issue with it being graduation day and having to take a cold shower. I felt that the person working the desk at 8:15 am on Dec. 14 should have been more understanding about wanting to take a hot shower.

Huge king suite

We were surprised by the size of our suite. The living room area was HUGE! It needed more furniture to fill the space, though. Bedroom was also spacious and the bed was super comfy. Everything was clean and relatively updated. Breakfast was typical, but they did have grilled onions and peppers for the scrambled eggs. There was a new pancake maker, but it wasn't set up yet. The only negative would be that breakfast (on Saturday) ended at 9:00. Seems early for a weekend. They had a coffee machine (cappuccino, latte, mocha, etc), which was a nice option. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and the price was great.

It was a basic hotel. We stayed in a king suite. It basically had a living room area and a bedroom. Plenty of space for the price I think it was a great deal!

Updated and very nice looking Best Western. They were actually our second choice option because La Quinta down the street was being difficult to work with. This Best Western Plus location was very easy to check into. Breakfast was good. Everything was good honestly.
