Shower was hard to turn on. Did not drain. Had standing water in bathtub until maintenance arrived. Pool area had a paddilock on its door. Lots of cigarette butts on ground at side entrance.

There was a razor left in the shower. Hair on the bed. Was told the hot tub jets weren’t working but could still use it but the water was cold one of the filters was missing a cover which didn’t notice till I got my foot caught in it no pool towels. Do not count on free breakfast unless you want waffles. Night Staff was friendly. Bit overall would not recommend

Simply the mattress was so sunken in i couldnt sleep. Im not sure when they have been replaced but having a 2ft mattress wall around me is not comfort. I will not be returning

I went to my room and unpacked. It was dirty but the bed looked clean. No remote so I tried to turn on the TV manually. When I touched the TV my hand stuck to it like it was covered in grease. It didn't work anyway so I went to the front desk and told the girl about the TV. She handed me an instruction sheet that had about 7 steps to possibly get the TV working. I told her I was not going to go thru all these steps and please come and look. She could not do it so she gave me another room. I packed up and went to the 2cnd room. That room had no heat! It was just an empty unit by the window with no working parts. It was cold in that room. Back to the frond desk. She gave me another key to Room #3. That room had no working TV and the molding from the bathroom door was sticking out at least 10 inches into the room so you had to walk around it. back to the desk and she gave me a key to room #4. That TV worked and it had heat! It did not matter to me that the toilet rocked back and forth or there was no shower curtain. The windows were so dirty that someone actually drew happy faces in the grime. It was the worst hotel I have EVER stayed at.

The specific reason for booking this hotel was for the hot tub in the pool area. I contacted the property directly 2 days prior to arrival to verify it was in working order. The front desk attendant assured me twice that it was working. Upon arrival, it turns out that it had been out of service at least since the prior weekend. A manager did provide a room upgrade (she would get 5 stars herself, but two other front desk workers provided misinformation about the "hot" breakfast). Overall, it wasn't as horrible as some reviews would lead you to believe, at least not my room or experience there. It was okay for the price.

An ok stay
The stay was great.. but the breakfast was very limited and the coffee was always gone.. the hot tub isn't very warm and the door by our room to go outside was broken and you had to go all the way around.. they never gave us clean towels either..

Not good of a stay 🤑
One of the beds were dirty and not made correctly. The bed looked as if it had been laid in and the comfort was thrown over ir. They did switch our room, but could not change the channels to the T.V.

Well, the first thing we noticed as we walked in the room. It looked like somebody had already slept in the beds. Also, there was bedbugs crawling there were spiders in the windows. Dead flies It was the most grossest hotel we’ve been into and I’m seven years old and I’ve been in a lot of hotels the staff was not trying to accommodate us. All she said was, we had to wait till Monday, which left me looking for another hotel on a Saturday night she sent in a staff employee to look at the room. He took some pictures. I took some pictures I have video. I want a refund with no arguments. If you need me to send you videos, I will I would give it a zero if I could do that would never stay in that facility again. please see to it that you follow it up with me on Monday I think $25 the next key stay is it enough I had to spend other 40 to get a room

Worst Hotel Ever
Worst hotel and management ever. Advertised for hot breakfast which there wasn’t any not even waffle mix. Tv didn’t work at all the 2 days I stayed. Spoke with General Manager Sue who was very rude talked over me wasn’t trying to hear anything I had to stay not to mention hanging the phone up in my face until I had to go up there and talk to someone face to face. I wouldn’t recommend this roach motel to anyone

The place was not clean at all and very outdated. I asked for silverware and they couldn't even provide that to me even though they provided breakfast in the morning. The hot tub was not hot, The pool had gross things in it and the staff was not friendly at all. I would never stay here again.

Wall heat/cool did not work, TV did not turn on when we first got there, we had to go to the front desk for help it took an hour for help figure it out and bring us a second remote one for channels one for volume. Very musty and dated paper thin doors you can hear all the hall noise. Very cheap price so I guess expected bottom line you usually get what you pay for.
