I liked the breakfast and the building itself. The pool/hot tub areas were inviting as well. And a free coffee maker while you wait in the short lines.

stayed new years eve, got back to hotel in the wee hours of the morning on new years day, but the breakfast hours did not extend out for it being a holiday that people traditionally need to sleep in a little more, so when we were ready for breakfast at 9:30, it was closed already, just because it fell on a weekday, it still should have had extended hours due to the holiday

We thought it was very strange that the pool is right in the entryway, with windows all around. This means that anyone checking in, going to breakfast, waiting for the elevator, or meandering the hall, etc is going to look at the pool as they pass, which is kind of awkward for the people swimming. Kind of felt like a hippo exhibit at the zoo lol. Also the floor in our room needed to be vacuumed again, but it probably only bothered us because we were working on a project on the floor.

Just avoid all cost! Horrible area!!

Staff was all a family & appeared friendly at first. As I was leaving after check in I was approached by a homeless man literally at the front door asking for a cigarette. Upon returning, numerous persons were openly doing drugs literally in front of the hotel, not even 20 ft from the main door.. I left after the 1 night of my 2 night booking and upon checkout, the lady said she understood my saftey concerns & they would email me confirmation email of a refund for the room. After a day and no email received i reached out to customer support, the hotel even refused to answer questions & hung up on the CS agent.. Just avoid & save yourself the trouble.. Didn't appear to be a bad area with a Costco & Traders Joes across the street but I was just wrong.

After checking in, we found our shower did not work, the closet door did not slide and shower curtain was ripped. The front desk gave us another room. After a long day out, we came back to discover the hot tub was so chlorinated we were itching and had trouble breathing, the pool was not warm... at all! Then we get to our replacement room to find the shower pull was so stiff you had to pull extra hard, the dead bolt did not line up with the door frame so you couldn't lock it and a used condom was under the pull out. When we went to say something the front desk person was a young man who had his bare feet up on the counter. Would not reccommend this place at all.
