Good stopping point on route to Zion. The room was a little tired, carpet well worn and in need of replacing. Very noisy bus load departing at 6.30am. Not the hotels fault but might be worth asking bus guests to consider other guests when leaving early. Good simple buffet breakfast. Easy to find and access to town easy.

Exceeded my expectations. Very clean rooms and breakfast was great. Staff were very hospitable. 40 minutes to Zion and 1 1/2 to Bryce. Awesome 5 day stay.
