Welcome to our 1905 Historic Downtown Victorian home in the heart of Kanab. Walking distance to our most popular Restaurants and Main Street shopping. A perfect blending of Southern Utah antiques with all the modern conveniences. Spacious 4 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and 1 standalone bathroom. Enjoy our comfortable Library with a charming fireplace, spacious living room and dining area adjacent to the large farmhouse kitchen with views of Kanab’s majestic red mountains.

Guests will have full access of the home, patio and gardens. The orchard has apricot, pear, cherry, and apple trees that our guests are welcome to pick!

The Neighborhood:
We are centrally located in Kanab, just a few blocks off the center of town. You can walk to shops, restaurants, cafes and more.

Getting Around:
Here in southern Utah you will need a vehicle to explore our parks and other world famous attractions. A 4WD vehicle is recommended for off-road adventures.
Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.

Other Things to Note:
Kanab is known as the "Hub of the Parks', and is the gateway to three national parks, Zion (30 Miles), Bryce Canyon (70 miles) and the Grand Canyon North Rim (70 miles). Visit the Grand Staircase - Escalante Monument, Lake Powell/Glen Canyon Recreation Area, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, The 'Wave'/Paria Wilderness, Pipe Springs National Monument, Kodachrome State Park, Cedar Breaks and Cedar Mountain. Also tour Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, or hike in the red rock country nearby through the many trails such as Squaw, Bunting, and K-Hill trails. Equestrian and biking trails are also available. Relax with a dream vacation and re-live life in the west where dozens of western movies were made, Kanab otherwise knows as 'little Hollywood' is home to the Western Legends Roundup, every August and features vendors, great food, two live stages and the National Cowboy Poetry Rodeo. Amazing Stay in Kanab Historic Home
What an amazing vacation property! This 100+ year old house has been masterfully restored and updated, with every detail thoughtfully considered. Inside and outside the house exudes charm and character. Not only is the house tastefully decorated, but it was spotlessly clean for our arrival and was stocked with everything guests could possibly need during their stay. There were even extra paper products and ziplock bags. With 4 bedrooms and 4 baths our friends and family group had plenty of room to spread out. The furniture was comfortable and perfectly suited for the character of the house, and the beautiful outside patio and yard area were an extra bonus. While the photographs do a great job of capturing the house's features, the house is even more amazing when you're actually in it. I have stayed in many vacation rental homes, and I must say the stay in this historic house was one of the top experiences so far. Not only was the house beautiful and comfortable, but the folks at the property management company were wonderful to work with. Their attention to detail was remarkable, and their communication throughout our stay was warm, welcoming, and professional. We loved every minute of our stay and hope to be able to return someday.

I stay in several VRBOs. This property was absolutely perfect. We had six adults with plenty of space. The pictures are true to the property. The three main things I want are cleanliness, comfortable beds, and working bathrooms and appliances. This property has it all. The place was spotless. The Mattresses in the three rooms we used were high end and very comfortable . We had six people , with several showering at the same time and no issues with the lack of hot water or flow. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. There is an outdoor grill which we used nightly. They had a backup tank so we had no concern running out of propane. The property is in a very quiet neighborhood and walking distance to several restaurants. The grocery store is just a few blocks away. If you are planning to hike Bryce and Zion this is an ideal location and a lovely property.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen was fabulously stocked with everything we could possibly need, and the bedroom/bathroom spaces were very comfortable. I would love to visit another time when it is a big warmer to enjoy the outside space more.

Perfect for Family Vacation
Seven of us (all adults, three couples and one single) stayed 7 nights at this home, for our trip to the Utah and Arizona national parks. Kanab is the perfect location for visiting these places, and the house was in a great location in Kanab. The home was clean, spacious and in great condition for an old house. The house itself was beautiful and perfect for our family. Great yard for our little 3 year old grand daughter to play and for us adults to chill. Lots of amenities and beautifully decorated. Fabolous house!
This was my second time staying in this gorgeous, historical, and well-stocked home. In my opinion, there's no better place to stay in Kanab! We were 7 adults and we had plenty of space. Great walks to town and perfect for visiting Zion and Bryce. Lots of great local spots too.

We enjoyed all the extra touches, like the fully-stocked kitchen, Duraflame logs for the fireplace, etc. When a smoke alarm chirped, the maintenance person came right over and fixed it. Can't wait to come in nice weather to use all the outdoor areas (cold and snowy for our stay).

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean, centrally located to many activities, and very close to restaurants and grocery store. The house itself has all modern appliances and were in good working order and easy to use. We had a fire on the patio at night and enjoyed relaxing in the main area. Kanab Getaway
We love this part of Utah for it’s tremendous diversity of activities. This home worked out well for our group of 9. It’s fun to stay in an historic home. Mind you this one has modern amenities and a spacious kitchen. We would definitely use this property again. I gave 4 stars on the cleanliness not for the inside but for the patio surrounding the fire pit which is overrun with weeds. The property does have a number of antiques and breakable decor which we simply put away in a safe place and put back when we left. This is a great home, beautiful yard for kids to play, and a friendly town to greet you. We’ll be back soon.

Charming home, perfectly situated
This historic home was perfectly situated, with many conveniences within walking/biking distance. The home was clean on the inside and nicely landscaped outside, with ample seating options around the house. Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon are in close proximity, with beautiful scenic drives to both. We would definitely come back.

Literally have no negative. This particular property I loved. So cute. It’s close enough to walk wherever for dinner. The yard is great. I wish we took more time to just hangout on the patio. The property managers were extremely attentive, they even brought over a 4th of July note. I had one request and they nailed it. Bottom line, I want to buy the property and keep it as my own with the service of the management company kind of like a full time concierge/housekeeping service.

My colleagues and I plus 2 dogs stayed here for 4 nights. It's a wonderful location and the house is wonderful. It was so easy -- communication was answered quickly and the people were so nice to work with. We loved the house and will definitely stay here again.
