The shower did not work properly. The extra seating chair that’s usually in a hotel room and was in the pictures was missing in the room. Beds were very small, did not even seem big enough for full size.

For the price, we will definitely be back! You can tell it’s older with some cosmetic upgrades, but our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable enough. Breakfast was hot and fresh!

Facilities are aged and not maintained. The door to our unit would not seal properly and would let in light and sound all throughout the evening. Early in the morning, porters were loudly talking to each other in the hallways and started knocking on doors at 7:00am for cleaning. The facility is also heavily smoked in. They use a lot of cinnamon and clove in an attempt to cover it up, but our clothing smelled of cigarette smoke after leaving. The staff also make you sign a waiver stating they are not responsible for any break ins or damage to your vehicle while on-site, and they would not let me sign in without provide a cell phone number.

A few rooms with bed bugs
Our group came a little bit late and front desk staff was not ready at all and it took us 45 minutes to check in. Front desk staff was friendly though. Several of our reserved rooms were infested with bed bugs and we asked to switch rooms - but unfortunately no rooms were available. During the checkout, we were promised to get a refund for those two rooms with bed bugs, and they followed up with that promise. Also, the advertised price on Hotels.com was $113 per room, taxes included. We opted for "pay at the hotel option". When they emailed us receipts, we saw that we were charged $120 per room, plus taxes - which brought the price for each room to $140. Lesson learned - to always pay directly Hotels.com

I didn't feel safe. There was no outside lighting in back for parking. Too many people walking around outside. There was a pile of dead bugs in the corner of my room. And I was afraid of a possible bed bug infestation. I will never return to this location and did not stay the night here. I really want my money back!

Everything was fine. It was not the lap of luxury, but it was fine. The bed was relatively comfortable with a good selection of pillows of different firmness to choose from. The facility seemed well worn but clean. The continental breakfast was fine -- I've had better and many that were much worse. It would have been nice to have different options each day. This is not the fault of the hotel, but the intersections right around the place were bizarre and not well-represented on the rental car's navigation system. I share only that you be prepared.

First impressions are good but as time goes on you start to notice that the place is a little old. Breakfast was better than similar hotels although the dining room was a little noisy when we were there. The soap bottle in the shower was empty which I only discovered after I got all wet. We might look at staying at another hotel next time but I’d be ok staying here again as they are reasonably priced.
