There were roaches in the bathroom and when I woke up I drank my Gatorade and there was a roach in it!!!!! I have pictures! Then staff accused us of being loud called and banged on our door. Turns out it was the people next to us. Horrible stay.

The La Quinta itself was nice, front desk service was friendly and kind, for the most part it was clean and our stay was good. A few things were just that the mattresses are very hard, and uncomfortable to sleep in. The shower pressure was a little painful, and the shower curtain road was hanging onto the wall by a thread, this results in water getting everywhere, the floor getting wet, and the wall was rotting near the shower as well. Lastly, about half way through our stay we looked at the wooden headboard and it appeared like these was some sort of liquid that was there but not wiped off. Overall, the stay was nice, just a few things that turned us off to staying again.

Ash gave us a free upgrade to better fit our large family, and it was so thoughtful! All the staff were very friendly, including the staff at breakfast. That gentleman was very friendly and happy to serve us each morning at the continental breakfast. The pool and exercise room were great for our family’s use as well. This is our second time staying at this hotel and we will stay here again the next time we visit KC area!

Our stay was very good with the exception of the very loose bathtub spout and the metal ring underneath; quite disappointing. However, considering the price of the room, acceptable with caution for the next reservation.
