"What a beautiful property! Beautiful views! Candi, the host, couldn't have been more helpful. The home was as described and had more than advertised. We had Chef Brad prepare a dinner for us and it was really good. The location is not really walkable to anything as the roads are narrow with no sidewalks or space for pedestrians. Car dependent but everything you need is within a 10 - 15 minute drive. We totally recommend this amazing place.Thank you again for sharing your home with us."

"Anna was a perfect host. She was very welcoming and provided super helpful information, both about the easy check-in and tips for during our stay. The home was absolutely perfect for our family of five adults (us and our 3 adult kids in their 20s). Parking accommodated our two rental cars. Bathrooms and beds were just what we needed. Abundant towels. Full kitchen stocked with essentials and the grill worked great for cooking our meals (mahi mahi tacos for the win!). The large table on the patio was great. The home was a peaceful place to come back to after playing all day and the location was wonderful. We have stayed in the Manini Beach area before and would definitely return to Anna's home. Thank you!"

"Our holiday home on Kealakekua Bay met more than muster for our family of 6 ranging in age from 5-79. The house was pristine and furnished all desired amenitites. We had a direct view of the bay through wide, open, living room doors and lanai, and a short walk to the snorkeling area at Manini Beach. As Midwesterners, we could not have hoped for a more "exotic" Hawaiian experience.Highly, highly recommend."

"The view from the upstairs deck is so amazing. We brought binoculars and we could see dolphins across the bay. While we were there the neighborhood was quiet. The kitchen was well stocked. I found the photos of the house misleading due to the house being more worn out than is shown in the photos. The bathroom upstairs is small. The setup downstairs is odd. The downstairs rooms are not connected with the upstairs and so families should be aware that those rooms would not work for small children, unless the adults were in one of the room downstairs. Our adult daughter was nervous to be downstairs at night on her own. You have to take an exterior stair and cross through the garage to get to the downstairs rooms. The bathroom downstairs is the hallway between the two bedrooms. The description in the listing really did not make this clear enough. It was winter and there were huge swells which made access to the water almost impossible. We were able to rent kayaks nearby on one day and went across the bay to snorkel at the Captain Cook monument. The location cannot be beat. The view incredible. "

"A very handy & convenient place to stay. Beds were fine & shower pressure was fantastic. A little warm in the evenings but cooled off nicely for sleeping. Host was available for any questions & very kind."
