"My favorite place to stay in kona, great food at the restaurant, nice view depending on if you get ocean view. Quiet place to stay. They have an adult pool and another pool with a water slide, ridiculously fun! 2 hot tubs and a kiddie/ shallow "beach" sand pool"

"Highly recommend not only the resort but Kona Coast rentals who are VERY organized and communicate well. Love the app and all the emails in advance as well as the house guide. We had an issue while we were there during our stay and they were fantastic.The property looks just like the pictures. We loved the kitchen/living/lanai. Fantastic view to watch surfers and peaceful waves. Watched sunset from the beach across the street but it was still gorgeous from our patio. Bathrooms and bedroom carpet are a little dated but we were happy regardless. Lots of windows and great parking. Elevator! If you snorkel you’ll live the location even more. Easy 4-mile drive to town. Or there’s a bus at the end of the driveway. We didn’t want to be right in town. Would definitely stay here again"
