Great, customer service. Our room had someelse stuff in it when we entered like glasses and a used makeup sponge. Took it to the fornt desk they asked us if we want to get a different room, we declined getting a new room cause other wise the room was cleaned and in order. Alone reason we found the stuff is cause my kids where looking under the bed a spotted them touch into the head off the bed and wall. We did enjoy our stay.

The room was dirty, the bed looked like it had been slept in, and they literally were roaches running when I turned on the light in the bathroom. I left immediately and demanded a refund. I know that some Motel 6 are clean and well kept this one is simply disgusting and should be renamed roach motel , stay away Unless you like roaches and filth

I stay in motels a lot even for a motel. 6, which isn't a luxury motel, was probably one of the cleanest motels I've ever stayed in. Believe courtney cleaned my room and it was spotless as was the whole motel...Will definitely stay again.

Very pleased with our stay
As Motel 6's go, this one is top of the line! Positives first... This place is SPOTLESS!! When we got to our room, we were so happy to find it as clean as it was. The sheets were clean, the floor was clean, the bathroom was clean, all the surfaces were clean, and there were no funky smells. 100% bug free, which is #1 priority for me. I dont do bugs. The price was the best price in town. We were here for the weekend visiting family' so finding a place to stay that was affordable was great, since we were on a budget. Everyone on staff was so polite and helpful. Ive seen multiple other reviews about the staff being rude, but i didnt find this to be true at all! I met several of them over the few days that we were there, and they were all very nice. Accessible bathroom.... so much yes! I asked for an accessible room, and ours was very much so. We stayed in room 112, and there was soooo much space in there! A wheelchair could very easily get around. The bathroom had a shower with a seat in it, and the toilet was plenty tall and not hard to get up from at all. There are only three negatives... well only two that actually count. I really missed having continental breakfast... BUT i know thats a Motel 6 thing. So no points deducted. Lol The only other things were that the beds were pretty hard, so we didnt sleep very well. And in the morning, we were woke up by the sound of suitcases rolling against the tiles. Both VERY minor considering how clean and well kept it is.
