This property is well is by the airport and not close to Duval Street. This is what we wanted, because we on business and rented a car. The parking was free. Great little bar with food by the pool which was nice. We had both a pool view and Ocean view. Our room was nice, and the bathroom was very big. Our only complaint we did not have our room refreshed for 3 days and the AC, which was at 60 and the bathroom door and blinds closed all of the time, and our room was still very warm. We would stay there again but with a better AC

The staff was very courteous, professional and helpful. The Hampton is very close to Smarthers Beach. the breakfast options were varied, the coffee was excellent and the dining area was very comfortable. The room was clean, bed and pillows were comfy & conducive to a good night sleep. Although close to the airport, I only heard a flight around 8 am. We had to leave early due to hurricane Helene but will return and stay again at the Hampton Inn.

The woman working at the Cheekie Hut was awesome. Friendly and hard working. I think we startled the front desk guy when we walked in to check in. It was around 7:30pm, not sure if he was napping or watching videos on his phone, but he jumped when he saw us standing at the counter. How he didn’t hear us come in I don’t know. He was very nice though. Our room was great, wish we were there longer than one night.

From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the island. I particularly loved the cozy bedding and the stunning views from my balcony. The hotel's location is ideal—just a short distance from the beach and vibrant local attractions, making it easy to enjoy everything Key West has to offer. Plus, the complimentary breakfast each morning was a delightful way to start the day, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. I also appreciated the well-maintained pool area, which was perfect for relaxing under the sun. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, and their recommendations for local dining and activities were spot on.
