Wonderful stay! We Loved our room and we had a room that we could go down the stairs to the beach. The beach would be better if they raked the old seaweed off the sand. Loved the heated pool. Was overall a wonderful stay would definitely come back!

The pool was warm and huge, the hot tub great. Room furnishings were a little dinged up and we had no maid service in 3 days. The price was good and the shuttle downtown was super convenient!

New Favorite in Key West
Nice, clean, well appointed suite. We were on the 3rd floor so we had a spiral staircase to the roof - nice views, star gazing and sunsets. Location great for biking to Duval Street but they also had hourly shuttle. Nice little beach, which is rare nearer Duval. Pool bar and restaurant on site. First place I have ever seen a horse at the pool bar - mounted cop having lunch. Staff courteous and helpful. We live near Ft Lauderdale so we visit Key West at least once a year, we will stay here again.

The lady who checked us in went above and beyond to accommodate our trailers. Everyone was friendly. The property was very safe and the shuttle was very convenient. We forgot clothing in the room and was able to call the front desk and have them ship it to us. We will definitely stay there again and recommend the hotel to others.

Exceptional Stay at Beachside Resort and Residence Our week-long stay at Beachside Resort and Residence in Key West was truly unforgettable! The level of service and care we received was unparalleled. The manager went above and beyond, checking in with us throughout our stay to ensure everything was perfect. He even took the time to show us around the resort, making us feel valued and welcomed. A special shoutout to Angela at the poolside bar—she was an absolute gem! Her friendly demeanor and incredible knowledge made us feel right at home. She wasn’t just a staff member; she truly enhanced our experience by recommending the outstanding Thanksgiving dinner at Tavern and Town, located right on the property. The Thanksgiving dinner was phenomenal—delicious food and a staff that was equally amazing. Every moment of our stay felt special, and we’re so grateful for the warm hospitality. Thank you for making our vacation a memorable one. We can’t wait to return!

The property was beautiful the pool was amazing The view was absolutely stunning.... The beds and pillows were extra comfy... The balcony had plenty of room and two comfy chairs... You can see manatees and fish right off of the balcony!! Our room was not all that clean though there were hairballs in the bathroom, The floors were not swept very well, and lent from the previous person running was left in the dryer.... We were charged $25 a day for parking but there were so many cars there that we could not park underneath our billing we had to park three buildings away at the parking garage... Which was very inconvenient loading and unloading our vehicle.... And my body is covered in no see-em bites. (Approx. 60.)... The beach area and the garage need to be treated... I couldn't be outside for more than 5 minutes without being bit... Overall it is a really nice hotel we really enjoyed having a washer and dryer in our room! You would think it over $500 a night It would have been a little cleaner and no bugs....

Room was really nice but we never had room service during our entire stay. We would walk at night and a lot of the lights on the exterior parts of the property were not working so the sidewalk area was rather dark. There was also a lot of trash on the exterior grounds.
