It was easy to park and my room it was comfortable and clean but the staff was rude the girl who did the check in and the check out she was rude and the bartender by the pool he was bad very rude he was on the rush to close. I arrived around 5:50 and order a margarita and he was all ready say im only here till 7 and i ask what kind flavor he have for margarita he answered very rude that he doesn’t know and he only do one type of margarita… this place is very luxurious and nice but the staff is awful….

The breakfast used to be a full breakfast. Now just a continental for basically the same price. No regular maid service. We love the free shuttle to downtown. The pool is clean and nice.

The resort is really pretty. When we checked in they gave us our keys and that was it. Didn’t explain anything about the property or how they offer shuttle services down to Duval. We found out after we paid for Lyft a few times. The pool with the ocean view is gorgeous. The room was decent size and clean. We had to ask for waters, we didn’t get any in the room fridge. I did find it odd that there’s no vending machines on the property. So late night food or snacks was kind of impossible, although one night we did order dominos. There no hot breakfast options at the resort which isn’t convenient. Breakfast at Blue heaven and Harpoon Harry’s was delicious options. The restaurant food was priced high but that’s to be expected. I did order a Miami vice with an extra shot at the pool bar and that was $20, again I expected that. The resort is about 10 minutes from the Duval action.

Rude front desk
We had a terrible experience with staff. The guy did not want to tell his name, but he was working at night on October 21-22. Our key wasn’t working, we went to the front desk three times. We had the bartender looking for the guy that was supposed to be working in the front desk. The guy was very rude and unapologetic with the whole situation. The locker run out of the battery and we had to wait more than 1 hour outside for them to open the door for us. No apologies given. Guy said that if we are unsatisfied we could leave the hotel and look for another property at midnight.

We booked this on short notice for our 29th anniversary. It had a 4pm check in and a 10am check out. We asked if they could let us check in early and check out late for our anniversary which they did both. This was highly appreciated and everything about our stay was awesome. Pool was warm, room was great, stairs down to the beach from room was the icing on the cake. Thanks for making our day special

Nice large room, better than expected. A few minor maintenance things but on the off chance I was back in KW would stay there for sure. The shuttle service was great and always on time. Very informative drivers both John and (sorry) the other guy. It’s not in the “heart “ of the island but the shuttle takes care of that
