Condo B11 is located on the upper level (no elevator) at Kihei Sands & is a PREMIER 2-bedroom townhouse-style unit. You'll have the best sleep of your life on our exceptionally comfy King bed, located in the large upstairs bedroom with ensuite bathroom. You'll find a TV here for your late-night viewing pleasure. The downstairs bedroom features a wonderful sleep-inducing Queen bed.

Whisper-quiet Mitsubishi split A/Cs in the living area & each bedroom will keep everyone COOL in their area. Ceiling fans throughout if you prefer fresh air & the sound of rolling waves to fall asleep & wake up to.

Our GORGEOUS & well-appointed NEW KITCHEN with microwave, stove, refrigerator & dishwasher make preparing meals at home a great option if you won't be dining out every night in Maui's fabulous restaurants. Stocked with dishwasher soap, dish soap, hand soap, a new sponge, can liners & paper towels to start your stay off right. You'll find ALL the spices, oils & other cooking essentials in the cupboards!

The PUB-HEIGHT dining table seats 4. The private balcony is perfect for two to watch our MAGNIFICENT sunsets while sharing pupus (Hawaiian appetizers.)

Both BATHROOMS are stunning & feature walk-in showers, gorgeous tile, glass walls & grab bars. HAIR DRYERS are provided, as well as three rolls of toilet paper & two bars of hand soap to get you started, which you'll replenish as needed. Bring your own hair & bath products, or purchase locally.

BEACH TOWELS, (4) BEACH CHAIRS, UMBRELLA & COOLER are provided for you in a closet. Take them with you when you go exploring Maui's world-class beaches!

COME FOR WHALE SEASON - mid-December to mid-April. This is a MUST DO when visiting Maui in the winter months!

There are many ways to soak in the warm Hawaiian SUNSHINE. Swim or SUP in the serene morning waters of our incredible bay & boogie board in the afternoons. Build sandcastles in our pristine white Sugar Beach sand. Nap on a floatie in our sparkling oceanfront pool. Our OCEANFRONT patio is adjacent to a manicured lawn which boasts plenty of chaise lounges & dining tables (both with umbrellas) & two gas BBQ grills. Start each morning with a mug of joe (out by 7:00 am daily) while watching the sun rise over Haleakala. Grill dinner & talk story with other guests while the sun sinks in splendor over the horizon.

A 5-minute walk down the beach brings you to a Farmers Market featuring locally grown food & flowers; ABC Store; Sugar Beach Bakery, known for its fresh-baked malasadas, coffee & bakery items; & Ululani's Shave Ice - a must-have treat!

Quick Maui trip
We stayed for a few nights while adventuring around Maui and then headed to Lanai. It was a great spot and we will definitely be coming back! All the amenities, close grocery, small community with the “regulars,” and right on the beach. It was perfect!

Wonderful stay!
Enjoyed our stay at Kihei Sands. Unit is updated and was very comfortable. Small complex so easy to make friends with other travelers. Literally a one minute walk to the beach. Onsite management was very responsive and helpful. Loved enjoying coffee on the lanai every morning with fellow travelers. There are extra ‘beach’ supplies available both in the unit and also a stash on the lanai. Locals were grateful that we were there and supporting the local economy.

Great location. We were 2 couples travelling together and found this place terrific. Quieter beach and short commute to shops and restaurants of Kehei, Lahaina, Wailea and the airport. We would come back to this location and the Kehei Sands. Loved it.

We have visited Maui many times & this was a great condo right on the beach. We had a great view of the water and the sunsets. The location is perfect. Easy to get to any part of the island. The other guests were friendly & inviting. Enjoyed coffee each morning out on the patio! Just steps from Sugar Beach. Loved it and would rent this again!

Perfect Location!
This was a great unit for us (family of 4 with the kids being little). The location is exactly what we wanted with easy beach access. The unit was clean and well kept. The only complaint would be the inconsistent office hours and lack (or only small amount) of basic household items in the unit. That being said the manager, Patrick, was extremely helpful and quick to respond.

Great place!
We were thrilled with our stay at Kehei Sands. Nice community of condos on a lovely beach. We had first thought it would be noisy as it is close to a road but not at all. Best location to access everything you need and everything you heed to see. Will stay again!

We were surprised by how nice the Condo was. Hardly nobody was on the beach. The condo was very well stocked with everything we needed, including beach chairs and coolers. Very clean.
