Room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Unfortunately, the hotel was under construction on the main floor. The jets in the hot tub didnt work, and the shower was out of shampoo.

Upon arrival it was apparent the hotel has some construction work happening. The check in counter is just a small work desk and hard to sort out at first. Check in was good. Got to our room and it was nice! Tv was angled oddly compared to the bed but we figured that out. Plugs beside the bed would not work and when I mentioned it twice to the front desk nothing happened. Have a shower, not enough towels ! Mentioned it to front desk staff later and received more towels. Went for a hot tub and swim after working all day. Hot tubs jets don’t work and there was dead bugs and dirt in it. Went in anyhow cause I have leg issues and need a tub at night to help the legs out. The pool was green looking too. Mentioned it to the front desk clerk and checked the next day and still the same issues. Pillows on the bed are not the best either. Needed three pillows to get comfortable. So in the end not worth the trouble of staying there again. Just not worth it. Hotel is below my standard and I don’t have high standards after travelling the country. And staff just don’t care. The free breakfast was the best part….sorry

Really enjoyed the Hilton App and the digital check in/ check out. When we arrived super late it was nice being able to get there and get right into bed without needing to stop at the front desk. Great experience!

They are on the middle of renovating. We got one of the new rooms freshly renovated. It was nice and clean. Comfortable beds. Pillow are still awful though. Breakfast was great except coffee still isn't good .

The hotel was under construction and at one point there was a lot of noise for a while. Everything was covered even the elevators. The price we paid was not justifiable. Expedia.ca should have advised us about this condition. I would have chosen another hotel

The hotel is under renovations and so everywhere fills with tapes, covers, no signs, elevator is super slow, room is not so clean with bugs crawling on ceiling, carpet inside room fills dirty. The staff are however in general quite polite. The area nearby doesn't have much to see or do.
