"Great location with easy and close access to Hoàn Kiếm Lake, shopping and attractions in the Old Quarter. Besides the great location, we enjoyed our stay because the hotel was quiet and comfortable. One aspect that should be highlighted is the level of service. Carlos and Amelinda, along with the rest of the team, took great care of us, always attentive and willing to offer any assistance. "I thought the room was a great size, the location was really walkable to great restaurants and shops. They provided water bottles upon arrival which was a great touch. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and gave us good tips for exploring the city! "
