We arrived, looked at the room and went to the front desk to inform them that we would not be staying. Upon check in we were told that the he room with two beds was overbooked and could we accept a room with one bed . We accepted that. Upon checking out the room that we were given we found it to be very musty smelling, the AC unit was resting on a brick and the overall condition was sub-standard. We were evacuated from our home due to a hurricane, we have returned home since then and are still waiting for our internet to be restored so I can make sure that I haven’t been charged for the room for 3 nights. Very disappointed.

I did not like the remote checking person. I had an issue with my credit card.It was hard to hear them and overall.I would have rather have been talking to a person in front of me. Very disappointing expeeience.

Overall, it was a nice stay, I don’t know if I would stay there again. It was kind of rundown old. Limited on what you could eat. Their food is not great. But the staff was amazing. Which made The whole stay good.

Housekeeping and front desk not attentive
The main issue was that we had to call everyday for coffee, toilet paper, shampoo, cups. We upgraded and still had to call, however even after calling 3 times and another time in the morning, no one came. We also had the key card stop working and had to walk a long distance to get it reactivated. The staff could care less about about of the issues. Will not stay again and would not recommend.

Evacuation hotel
I have to say, our experience was wonderful. We evacuated here for Ian and just last week for Milton again. The staff was kind, so caring about our situation. Everyone was working so hard. I highly recommend this hotel.

There was a toenail stuck into the comforter of one of the beds when we arrived. Our towels had red stains that looked like blood? Could be wrong. However, towels were all stained. The bathroom had hair stuck to the wall, the floor had obvious dirt in the corners. Room felt very stuffy. Will not be returning.

Great Value - all you need with out high price
I was attending for the IPMS Modelpalooza which they host each year. I was pleasantly surprised of the amenities. Although an older hotel, it was clean and modern. Having a bar, Pizza Hut, sushi bar, restaurant, car rental, gym, courtesy buses to the parks and a pool. You get a lot for the money.

The staff was exceptional during a challenging time with numerous hurricane evacuees and many dogs. It's an older property that could use some physical TLC But the quality of the staff made that not such a big deal.

Hurricane Milton stay
We were there for evaluation orders, we had no housekeeping no pool your restaurants were closed except starbucks and the bar. And I fully understand why i do!! I just understand why you still charged people your resort fee and pet fees, knowing people didn't use your amenities and only brought pets because on hurricane. But i did bring my pet because ww had too!! So ill pay that fee but i want all resort fees and resort taxes removed. 8 would of said something when we checked out but they didn't have bill for us.
