Carpet was a bit old but overall room was clean and comfortable. Easy access from the interstate. Clerk was very polite, calling us to ask what time we would arrive as they were closing soon. We were just traveling through but would stay again!!

The Coachman Inn is very tired. Sagging ceiling in room 50 with ceiling paint peeling along the outside edge (toward parking area). Room is small but could feel a bit larger if there was not so much furniture stuffed into the room. Breakfast was ok. Staff was friendly and helpful.

So we booked this kind of last minute, the owner was very kind and said if we needed anything just to let him know. The room was fine, clean and comfortable. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast.

The bathroom was a bit gross. The tub seemed dirty and we would certainly not use it to take a bath.

Pictures of what was online did not match the actual room. Bed stains, significant dog hair, bathroom doors wouldn’t shut, carpet smelt musty and room smelt of marajuana. Staff would not give us a refund even though after 5 minutes of being in the room we decided we would not be staying as not a good environment for our kids to be staying in.

The room was very spacious, refrigerator and freezer was nice. Everything was reasonably clean. One of the bottom sheets while clearly washed had a paw print stain in the middle of it and one of the wash cloths had a large brown stain in the middle of it. The continental breakfast was disappointing.

I would not stay here again. The man at the front desk was very kind and helpful. But the room itself was gross. The rug looked like it hadn’t been changed since 1972. I didn’t even want to walk on it with my bare feet. The decor was very depressing. The ceiling light was fluorescent. The beds appeared clean and were surprisingly comfortable and the bathroom was nothing special but it was clean and the shower pressure was actually amazing. But the look and feel of the place was just incredibly unappealing. If they could at least change the carpeting, it would be greatly improved.

I had 2 rooms booked, individually. The hotel said we could keep the same room both nights. We are from Canada, so our phones were not on. And when we had a bit of wifi, I was not going through emails. They emailed on my 2nd day asking when I would be checking in,??? We arrived later afternoon, they disconnected our room key and the front desk made me go throughtg the entire check in process again?? Required my name, ID, credit card for incidentals...THEY HAD ALL THIS.

We were not told when we booked that the front desk closed at 10pm? The front desk started calling my cell at 9pm and non-stop including leaving voice mails. When i checked in, I asked for an interior room, was told the hotel was sold out. It was not. Our exterior room had people smoking right outside and so many dogs. The AC barely worked so we barely slept for 2 nights. The carpet was so filthy, I did not walk without my flip flops. Bedding had many stains on top, mold in washroom, including poop smears on bathroom walls.

Rooms need updating. Need to finish concrete walkway. Small bathroom with wasted closet space. Took too long to check in while clerk talked on phone to someone. Let the phone people wait!! Need bigger cups for coffee...they get lost in car holder.
