I had 2 rooms booked, individually. The hotel said we could keep the same room both nights. We are from Canada, so our phones were not on. And when we had a bit of wifi, I was not going through emails. They emailed on my 2nd day asking when I would be checking in,??? We arrived later afternoon, they disconnected our room key and the front desk made me go throughtg the entire check in process again?? Required my name, ID, credit card for incidentals...THEY HAD ALL THIS.
