This was reasonably priced and located near the Kittery Outlets. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was a bonus. I would recommend it.

Such a great location right into Maine. Convenient to shopping and restaurants and the highway. I was a little put off by the condition of the bed covering, had lots of very visible stains and the sheets were torn. There was mold on caulk in the bath. You can control your air and heat and the room overall was average

Worst place on the east coast

This place is a dump. People live in it and they are loud and smoke cigarettes. Nobody is at the front desk in the evening or morning. They do not answer the phone our toilet seat was broken off and nobody bothered to check the machine or answer the phone and then blamed me for not telling them. It’s filthy poorly lit loud and smoke filled if your looking for an expensive flea bag motel with terrible service try this place

Good spot!

We thought it was great! It's an older place, but clearly well cared for by the stadf. We arrived late, and the person at the desk called to check in on us. Would stay there again for sure.

The staff was super accommodating, friendly and kind. The room was as expected, clean and comfortable but the TV did not work and the water pressure was pretty low. We booked here in part for the pool which was far from swimmable and the pool area - even just for lounging - was padlocked until requested to be opened.

Bates motel - asking for refund because of mice

When I first entered the room it smelled like cleaner and that only faded slightly over a 3 day duration. A/C worked, shower small but worked Bathroom the caulking was all discoloured. Carpet seemed clean and the bed was clean However I couldn't sleep for a noise in the room and the last day there after I stripped the whole bed off the frame - I found mice - plural. I'm not ok with that at all. Harsh cleaner smell and mice and when I went to the front desk nobody came at all - I half figure they saw I was upset. Only thing I really enjoyed was the restaurant Thai For You and Bobs Clams.

I thought the gentleman at check-in was helpful and explained everything thoroughly. The afternoon/evening person, not so much! Pet friendly, maybe rate that a 3 star. DOGS CAN BARK AT TIMES, especially when you’re running a vacuum in the am near our room when we were having breakfast up the road and got the barking phone call! Other then that, our dog was quite with the tv on if we stepped out briefly. Our neighbors to our left or right did not complain about the barking. They had dogs too! We would have stayed in and had your breakfast there, but nothing looked satisfying to us. I think the room, especially the bathroom needs updating for sure. Shower curtain had mold, and tub etc need updating. Price for stay was fair.

Does the trick. Nothing fancy. Staff was good with no issues. Rooms could have been cleaner. Was 2 mosquitoes squished on walls and an old empty bag of chips behind the bed. Pool was dirty on bottom and fair amount of leaves

The hotel was not able to find my reservation. Due to this I had to pay higher fee for my dog per the office staff. They did not have “pet” room available. For the price it was ok, 15-20 min to beach. Breakfast was minimal only hot item is toast. I really enjoyed the beach every day!!

The property didn't look very well kept as soon as i entered the front desk area. Upon enterung my room, i noticed a weird looking fly on the window (no big deal). I then saw one on the bed, again, i could live with that. Then i entered the bathroom and immediately saw 3 more of the same flies on the walls and in the tub. At that point, i refused tk sleep in that room a d checked out right away.
