Checked in at midnight. Had a reservation. First room they gave us had trash in the trash cans, 2 used Depends diapers in the bathroom and dirty towels on the floor. Moved us to another room. Bed sheets were stained and we could tell the pillow cases hadn’t been changed. We were exhausted so hard a terrible sleep. Went to the front desk in the morning and complained. Told them I wanted a full room service, new sheets, towels, etc. returned at 9:00 that night, room hadn’t been touched. Went to the front desk and the two ladies there were more intent on discussing if this was a housekeeping problem or front desk problem. Told me they could not do anything. We left. Marriott was wonderful. I travel extensively for business and this was beyond a doubt the worst hotel I have stayed at in 20 years.

Surprise dog fee of an additional 50%
The facility and linens were clean. Pet fee was not stated up front when room was reserved. The room was only $80 but the pet charge was an additional $40 which I thought was a little high.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!! I am not a picky person but this hotel needs shut down. It is NASTY!! We got eat up with bed bugs and I cannot comment on how nasty the room was and how many issues we had. I don't like to leave bad reviews but I wish other reviews were honest because I would NOT of stayed here. Sleeping in your car is better than this hotel!
