Nice location, easy to navigate around, was suppose to have a mate check out but was awakened by cleaning staff at 0830 trying to clean room in check out day

We were placed in the room directly off the lobby. Asked to be moved was told they had no other rooms available. You could hear everything from the lobby on this room including all the elevator traffic. So when breakfast started it was loud. Also multiple people tried opening our door thinking it was the stairs. Bathroom door was also broken and would shut.

Door was open when we checked in late at night. Front desk came back to the room with us and said the door is broke you will have to push it really hard. One mattress was very uneven and bathroom door handle was broke.

I arrived in the middle of the night. The room looked like a homeless person. I’ve been there. This fruit garbage behind the bed between the furniture unpleasant. In the morning, I showed the cleaners and checked out. The staff were nice.
