"We loved our stay at Hard Rock Bali - so much so that our kids did not wish to leave the premises. The pool and slides were great and the daily activities were a hit. Would definitely look at staying again. Staff were only always to accommodating. "

"We enjoyed staying at the resort. Our room was in the 3rd floor. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The view of the gardens was beautiful. The area of the building our room was in was quiet. We used the pool and the swim up bar. We enjoyed the Saturday night BBQ dinner with the traditional dance/fire dance show. We thought the breakfast buffet had a good variety of food and drinks. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants around the property."

"Soon as I arrived at the check-in counter, they already knew that I am Marriott Elite member and automatically upgraded me to the top floor, very efficiency to have the check in. Room size is not as big as I expected but is reasonable roomy. Bed is big enough, bathroom is very clean and all supplies provided.a balcany with a view to the lobby. Breakfast served plenty of varieties but not particular outstanding. Staffs are very polite and friendly. Overall the room is great but the location is not that good at night time, dark and no street light and is off the major roads. "
