My trip was delayed due to my flight. I tried to cancel so someone could use the room even though I knew I couldn't get a refund but Expedia has no way to do that in their website. When I called the 866 number I went thru a phone tree that kept saying please hold and then finally hung up on me. I did call the Lodge to let them know. I will never use this Expedia service again that hides behind their website. This is my feedback on Expedia *not* the LH Lodge.

Wonderful!

It’s a wonderful location and the rooms are really comfortable and nice. It’s next to a Total Wine. A 15% discount is offered by participating restaurants with your hotel stay.

The heater in the room did not work. The power button would turn on and then off and the electronic panel was non-functional. The room itself was otherwise fine.

Have stayed here for 15 years while down on business but will never return. Sketchy people all over parking lot, rusted tub, no shower towels in room, attitude when asking for some, vending and ice machine broken. This hotel use to be a diamond in the rough and has become a dive.

Would definitely recommend this place : )

It's an older 2 story motel style place. The staff was friendly. We stayed on the ground floor so it was very convenient to be able to park right outside our door. The amenities were very good. Nice pool area. The heated pool & hot tub were salt water and very clean. In the pool area there is a little gym with treadmills & a multi station weight stack machine. They also have coin op laundry room. The included breakfast was so so... but ok considering the affordable price for our stay. The location was very convenient with restaurants & shopping nearby. There's an In & Out Burger across the street that's open till 1am !

All good except for loud guests in room next to us for two nights--not your fault; loud air conditioner/thermostat. Shower hard to tell hot from cold other than feeling the water.

This is a great value location and decent quality for the price. The room was a bit dated consistent with a price but with a comfortable bed and generally quiet location. Would use again if we needed accommodation in the area.

The place wasn't clean enough for me. Mold around the shower and ceiling. Furniture was dusty or had stains from a previous spill that just hadn't been wiped down. The staff was kind and helpful. They let me look at another room, but the second option wasn't much better. I didn't experience the breakfast or other amenities, but based on cleanliness alone it was a no for me.
