The hotel had a dedicated parking lot around the hotel but decided to charge a 10.00 fee for parking your car i didn’t see this in the cost of the hotel charges when i made my reservation.

The entrance needs to be cleaned and the landscaping at the entrance had dead plants. The clerk at check in was not very friendly, not one smile. When I reserved, I was not informed of the parking fee and that the rooms would not be cleaned daily.

A super clean hotel with very friendly staff. The price was very reasonable for the area only about 15 minutes from Laguna Main Beach. I highly recommend this hotel.

This property looks way better from the pictures online. Upon arrival it was very dirty from liquid stains in the elevators to multiple carpet stains on many different levels. My room had been previously smoked in. I had to have A new room assignment. And the new room still smelled like dirty mop water. I will definitely not stay here again.

Place look like they try to renovate. Carpet smelled a bit. Otherwise room was clean. Parking is $10 a night. No security walking around though. Park at you own risjk, so why the parking fee? Also, restaurant closed. They offer continental break but you have to pay for coffee and danishes. All over priced, $3 to $7 range. You know the phrase “Nickel and Dime you”? That’s what you get if you stay here. Good luck, won’t come back again, sorry. P.S. - parking is difficult to get to. Handicap parking especially, front entrance and no parking and once you walk you have to walk quite a distance. One more thing, NO directional signs anywhere. Easy to get lost inside building.
