Property is well located and convenient for travel. Staff is friendly and efficient! My room was clean and well appointed. The exterior entrance is in need of care and somewhat unkept. The parking is on either side of the entrance and not visible to staff allowing things to go on in the parking lot. There were some questionable people in the parking areas at different times of the day and night. Because of the noise from the freeway, that would drown out any call for help, and lack of visibility created a safety concern for me. I believe it would be wise to increase security around the building. It was a good stay…just needs some attention!

The property is in need of repairs and upgrades. We rented a suite for a family of 5. The description was three beds, two double and a pull out sofa. The doubles were smaller than what we were use to, keep in mind I just came from another hotel. My wife and I was not able to fit in the bed comfortably, I was hanging off of one side. The sofa bed was so old the springs were coming out. I called to request for a replacement mattress or a roll away bed but the did not have anything available. Their solution was to give us comforters to cushion the mattress so we do not feel the springs jamming into our back. The bath was dirty and rusty. There was stains all over the sofa and chairs. Overall for the price is was not worth it, that’s my opinion.

They gave us the room on floor 1. One of the fellows didn’t have cover and was dirty. Also in the room, there was a bad smell always. It was not a good service at the hotel at all and Looking for a refund.

Comfortable room
The clerk was friendly and informative. The room was clean. We liked the arrangement of the bed which was against the bathroom wall vs the wall against the neighbor. Smart design. Would stay again.
