Nice Resort/Not so happy with Bin189 dinner staff
Overall our stay was pleasant. The front desk staff were very courteous and made us feel a valued customer specially Lia, who checked us in. The lobby is well decorated with Christmas theme. The rooms were clean and spacious with 2 queens on the pool and and lake side. Only problem was there was only 1 chair we could use to sit. We had easy access to the lake front. Bin 189 front staff did not accommodate us because we didn't have a reservation. However, we feel like they did not wanna serve us because we told them we just came to eat dessert since we already had dinner somewhere. Anyway, we decided to just buy dessert for take out. I rrally think they did not deserved the tip but I gave anyway.

This hotel it’s like a 2 star. It’s in a great location. Restaurant staff were nice! The rooms require remodeling, dirty carpet, torn off sheets and bed skirt.
