"We loved the hotel and the peace that you feel staying there; the outside onsen is a dream, and the view of Fuji-san is unbelievable. The dinning experience couldn't be better, each day was a different surprise, we loved our host called Ran, she was a trainee there, but to be honest she gave us the best service and recommendations, if you stay there aks for her service and definitely will improve your overall experience at dinning. Overall I loved, my only recommendation would be to have more entertainment for kis, other than that everything was great."

"Great staff: we reached very late at night. The manager was kind enough to extend our onsen reservation for half hour without us asking. He stayed well past the midnight to make sure our onsen experience is complete! We are so grateful to him. Moreover, the facility is much nicer than we expected: Large lobby and living facilities, great decor and the private onsen is out of this world!"
