Nice big comfortable facility. Unfortunately, it’s smoky. Rooms are nice, clean and roomy. Staff is nice and keep common areas clean. Asia is great.

Overnight stay

Checkin was supposed to be at 4:00 pm and the rooms were not ready until 5:15 pm. There was really no place to sit and we could not do anything else because we waited with our bags. The restaurant selection at the hotel has gone downhill since the last time we were there and we had to leave to get something to eat! There are no longer trams to take you to the casino next door, we had to unvalet our vehicle, pay to park, eat, and play at the casino next door. Had to unvalet at the casino next door, prevalent at L’Auberge in order to come back and continue to play here and get to out room. Really no handicap friendly for those who have issues standing for long periods and walking long distances.

The room was clean, the a/c did not work and there was no hot water. We called for maintenance, waited 2 hours , no one showed up. Called back 6 times no one answered. went to the front desk, they gave us a different room, went to get our things, we were locked out of the original room. took 45 minutes to get someone to let us in to get our things. They gave a 40 dollar credit for room service, tried to order and was told there is no room service because it's the off season. Most of the shops and restaurants were closed and the pool was unstaffed because of off season however the website does not reflect any of that. 4 weeks before the trip, I tried to book a spa appt, was told it's too far out, called back several times and no one answered the phone. The day of arrival went to the spa at 4:30pm to book an appointment and it was closed but posted time stated 5pm. went the next day at opening time and was told they are fully booked. what was supposed to be a fun girls trip was one nightmare after another. we left 2 nights early even though it was already paid for. I would not recommend this "resort" to anyone.

The newly renovated room was nice, clean, large and comfortable. Fun little casino get away with lots of hotel amenities and activities on and around the property.

Third time I’ve stayed there in the past month didn’t learn the first two times but this is the absolute last time I stay there. This time we had no hot water called front office. They didn’t do anything about it. Didn’t even offer me to change rooms just said they can send a maintenance man at 10 o’clock at night to fix it. I didn’t wanna deal with that. All the restaurants close early than normal. It is a casino with hundreds of gas. You should at least have your restaurant open till midnight very limited or food at their convenience store modern pantry. The staff was very rude when asking for a general information all in all will never stay there again. Stay at the Golden Nugget
