Checked in and was charged a 250.00 incidental fee that I was never charged before for. I’ve stayed at the same hotel 3 other times and I was never charged until this time. They told me the fee would just be a hold charge but the hotel ran my card and I was charged

Room had laminate plank flooring that was clean, but very cold. The entire ambiance of the room was sterile and hospital-like, with only super bright, industrial overhead lighting, - no lamps or sconces There were four or five repairs done with some sort of putty on the floor that didnt match and unrepaired divots in the drywall.

We were greeted by friendly staff, our room was comfortable and clean. Check-in & check-out were extremely quick and all staff were exceptionally friendly. Parking lot and area seemed very safe. As a single mom traveling with her kids, this is a huge plus. This was our 2nd time staying here and we have been pleased both times.
