The hot water didn’t work all night. And then in the morning once it was suppose to work it was at the most like luke warm and not hot enough for a comfortable shower. I was overall disappointed with the stay and won’t be staying at this property again.

I booked a night from 4-5 January 2025. I checked in on 5 January 2025 at 12.30 am. There was no hot water to take shower. In the morning when I wake up at 7 am there is no water at all and I could not take shower and brush my teeth. The toilet can not be flush as there is no water. There is no water for drinking too in the breakfast area. I checked out on 5 January 2025 at 7.30 am and very disaapointed. I want to get a compensation for this stay.

no good
1 major, 3 minor complaints. Major: shower did not work. no water pressure. Minor: Overall very loud guests. lot of people talking very loudly even at 2am. And the balcony patio light is not possible to turn off. And there is no thermostat for the heater, making it very difficult to adjust the heat.

I recently stayed at Comfort Inn Spectrum and had an overall satisfactory experience, but there were some areas for improvement: Positives: • The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment. • The staff was helpful and friendly. • The location was convenient and accessible, which made my stay more enjoyable. Areas for Improvement: • The water pressure in the shower was very low, which made it challenging to have a comfortable and refreshing shower. This is an area that could greatly enhance guest satisfaction. • While the breakfast was decent, offering a bit more variety would make it even better. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but addressing the water issue would make a significant difference for future guests.

Very spacious and clean rooms and bathrooms. It seems it has been recently remodel. The only issue was water pressure to shower. A quick body shower will work, but if you have long hair forget it. I hope they resolve the water pressure problem. Free breakfast was great.

Comfy for the holidays
The room size was amazing. Very spacious. Really enjoyed having the balcony and the private restroom. Only thing is, mandatory house keeping that makes you leave your room while they clean. It took them 1.5 hours to do our room… and it wasn’t even touched hardly by the looks of it. But the breakfast is amazing. There’s a sweet man who works all by himself and does an amazing job. The receptionist were all amazing except the one female… she was very racist towards us and tried to accuse us of trying to manipulate her by asking for towels. Very odd. Other than that, great experience. Check out the beautiful Christmas decorations too!
