The updates to the rooms and hallways are just beautiful! All staff, from check in to the Geneva Club, were very helpful and provided great customer service. Shout out to Bernie, Daisey and Margo at the Geneva Club - they are a great, fun group of gals! Only two minor complaints - the bathrooms in the indoor pool area desperately need remodeling and the kids need to be kept out of the hot tub - the latter is really up to their darn parents. And at the Chophouse please serve standard bread at the dinner table. The combination of sourdough and caraway seed is absolutely offputting.

Bar area is horrible for conversation and wait staff was terrible service. Carlin lookalike bartender made more noise than the drummer (as a former bartender and waiter i would know). Grand Cafe wait staff was wonderful so it kind of balanced out. Desk staff were very good.

Girls trip and it was fantastic! We enjoyed the running trails, two of the restaurants and the pool. Room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Would prefer to stay on the lake, but this was a great option too.
